Devon Health has a staff of talented Customer Service Representatives who are
available to answer any questions you may have. It is important to us that we
be able to offer callers the resources that they need to successfully access
the Devon Health PPO network. Members, providers, and clients are all welcome
to contact Devon Health's Customer Service Department for assistance.
Our Customer Service Representatives are able to:

Provide detailed information about Devon Health participating providers

Offer information about our products and services

Assist with claims related questions and issues

Provide phone numbers and contact names for benefit or eligibility questions

Offer assistance to those who need Provider Directories or Medical ID cards

Share information about how to become a participating Devon Health Preferred
Provider
