Our call center is open Monday through Friday, 8 am – 5 pm EST. You can reach us by calling 800.431.CARE (2273).

Devon Health has a staff of talented Customer Service Representatives who are available to answer any questions you may have. It is important to us that we be able to offer callers the resources that they need to successfully access the Devon Health PPO network. Members, providers, and clients are all welcome to contact Devon Health's Customer Service Department for assistance.

Our Customer Service Representatives are able to:

  • Provide detailed information about Devon Health participating providers
  • Offer information about our products and services
  • Assist with claims related questions and issues
  • Provide phone numbers and contact names for benefit or eligibility questions
  • Offer assistance to those who need Provider Directories or Medical ID cards
  • Share information about how to become a participating Devon Health Preferred Provider

It is the goal of the Customer Service Department to provide you with the best possible service.
We strive to:

  • Treat every caller with sensitivity, courtesy, and respect
  • Make every call a priority
  • Keep hold time to a minimum
  • Work with the Devon Health staff to provide callers with the best possible resources
  • Follow up with all questions or concerns as necessary
