Our network is the backbone of our business, so we value each and every
provider membership.
Devon Health Services, Inc., the largest pure Preferred Provider Organization
(PPO) in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, New York, and Maryland, provides
thousands of families across the region with full medical coverage through
customized healthcare plans. For network providers, these plans are designed to
minimize office administration while maximizing patient flow.
Devon Health's diverse client base of Self-Insured Employers, Health and Workers
Compensation Insurance Companies, Third Party Administrators and Union/Employer
ERISA Funds brings Devon Health preferred providers a steady flow of patients
statewide.
Due to an increase in patient volume, we are currently enrolling new
providers into the our Network.

Provider Application form

contact a Network Development Representative for an application package by
calling 800.431.CARE or emailing sscavone@devonhealth.com.
